Tree Northampton volunteers have had a busy start to the spring! First we helped give out 140 seedling trees on Arbor Day during an event sponsored by the City of Northampton: Northampton pushes native New England trees at Arbor Day weekend event.
Next, we assisted in organizing volunteers and supplies for a day of planting on South Street. About 30 trees were planted, with another 30 planned in the near future: Leaving a green legacy: Volunteers plant 30 shade trees on South Street in Northampton
